We can delivery to Florida and Alabama. We include up to 50 miles from out lot in the purchase price. 

The wind zone of your home is going to depend on how far away you are from a major body of water. Most of the panhandle is wind zone 2. We can order wind zones 1, 2, and 3. 

We have many floor plan options for tiny homes, singlewides, and doublewides.

Absolutely! Depending on which manufacturer you choose, there are many options to choose from. When you meet with our owner to discuss your order, he will walk you through all your options.

Yes! Each manufacturer has their own warranties. A home owners packet will be included with your home that will go over all the details. Most of the appliances and HVAC system have their own warranties as well.

Absolutely! Our homes construction specifications meet all VA requirements with no additional cost.
